A circle of friends and colleagues around the then mayor of Vienna, Leopold Gratz, and the president of the Austrian Trade Union Federation (\u00d6GB), Anton Benya, developed the idea of a<strong>\u00a0Foundation for Human Rights<\/strong>, which should bear Kreisky's name.
